Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using the Service, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
Pro Plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, your subscription will automatically continue at $29/month unless you cancel.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro Plan subscriptions. If you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days of paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next billing cycle.
The Service, including its original code, features, functionality, design, and content, is owned by SoloDesk AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute the Service without our express written permission.
"SoloDesk AI" and related logos are trademarks of SoloDesk AI. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Stripe, QuickBooks, Google Calendar). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLODESK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.
The Service is a business management tool. We do not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your business operations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoloDesk AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
